Rija is an Investment Associate at Antler in MENAP, based in the Riyadh office. Prior to joining Antler, she worked at EQ2 Ventures, an early-stage fund investing across MENA and Africa, where she supported due diligence, portfolio monitoring and valuation across early-stage companies in the region. Before that, she held roles in strategy and finance at Ziina, Zomato and GE Vernova. Rija holds a BA in Business, Organisations and Society from NYU Abu Dhabi, where her capstone research focused on cross-border venture capital in the UAE.
