Our residency is designed to support founders in the earliest stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
The Residency
The Antler Residency is an in-person environment where exceptional founders work alongside peers, experienced operators and investors to turn ambitious ideas into venture-scale companies. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all curriculum, founders move through tailored paths based on the maturity of the company - from ideation to validation and traction - receiving the right support at each stage.
The Residency is also the core of Antler's investment process. By working closely with founders over time, we build conviction through execution rather than pitch meetings alone. This allows us to understand not only the business, but also how founders think, learn and execute.
Throughout the journey, founders become part of a highly curated community and gain access to practical events, experienced operators, investors, and the broader Antler ecosystem. When a company is ready, Antler invests and continues supporting its growth as a long-term partner.
Our Investment
Our standard deal: up to R$ 2,000,000
Most founders receive our standard investment package. Here's how it works:
R$ 1MM initial commitment: R$ 500K convertible note at 8% + an additional R$ 500K via uncapped convertible, with an MFN clause and a 10% discount to the next round.
Plus, access to up to R$ 1MM in matched co-investment during your first year.
Post-Investment
We work closely with Antler portfolio companies after the initial investment. We welcome portfolio founders to continue to work from our office space and leverage our community while we provide structured fundraising support and access to our global platform.

Founders work from our São Paulo office while building their companies.
Depending on their stage, they participate in tailored sessions, founder discussions, expert AMAs, practical workshops, and one-on-one support from the Antler investment team. As companies evolve, founders move between different stages of the Residency according to their progress.

Joining the Residency does not guarantee an investment. The Residency is where we build conviction by working closely with founders over time.
Companies that demonstrate exceptional execution, ambition, and venture-scale potential may receive an investment from Antler.

Yes.
The Residency is designed for founders who are fully committed to building their company. While there is no fixed curriculum or graduation date, founders are expected to spend significant time working from the Antler office and actively engaging with the community.
We believe exceptional founders build faster when they're part of a community.
The Residency is built around regular in-person interactions with other founders, the Antler team, operators, and investors. Community events, workshops, AMAs, and informal conversations create connections and insights that are difficult to replicate remotely.
Coaching sessions take place both online and in person, giving founders the flexibility to receive support while staying focused on building their companies.
There is no attendance requirement. However, founders who engage most actively with the community and spend more time at the Residency consistently get the greatest value from the experience.
