Before joining Antler, Tobias was COO/CEO and co-founded memmo.me — a consumer marketplace that hit $10M in revenue in year two, raised $25M+ from investors like Left Lane, FJ Labs, and Luxor Capital, launched in 15+ countries, and scaled to a team of 150 employees. Before that, he was an early employee at two Nordic unicorns: Wolt and Budbee.At Antler, Tobias helps founders move faster — drawing on what he learned building, breaking, and scaling multiple companies.

Jussi is a serial entrepreneur and investment professional who has founded and exited multiple companies. He has lived the full founder journey — from first customer to exit — and invests from that experience.

At Antler, Jussi works directly with founders on the hardest problems in early company building: finding product-market fit, making the right hires, and knowing when to pivot.

Before joining Antler, Anna built her career across big tech, early-stage startups, and venture. At Rocket Internet, she was part of Foodora's initial go-to-market team, before becoming Facebook's first Norwegian hire in the EMEA High-Value segment - where she helped companies like Smartly, Fiken, and Remarkable unlock significant growth through Facebook's platforms. She then moved into venture, helping build the investment mandate at Arkwright X, where she sourced and supported early-stage teams — including Unloc, which she joined as Head of Growth, taking the proptech startup from a team of five to Series A level.

Michael started his career at The Boston Consulting Group. He has since co-founded, advised, and angel-invested in startups across Europe — two of which exited. Most recently he was on the leadership team at LastObject, a Danish sustainable tech company that went global.

At Antler, Michael leads the Copenhagen office and works hands-on with founders on everything from zero-to-one product development to closing their first institutional round.

Kristian spent eight years at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with postings in Indonesia and the United States. Before that, he built a career across diplomacy and energy. With extensive experience in diplomacy, energy, and venture capital, he now works on building the next generation of Norwegian growth companies.

At Antler, Kristian built the Norway operation from scratch. Since 2018 he has backed 70+ Norwegian startups across funds totalling $136M.
